The Power to Tax is the Power to Destroy

    1. Why does everyone seem to think that only one of the two major parties in the USA is "the oppressive one"? It seems to me like the Democrats want to censor everything with nipples. (Like Senator Clinton and Hot Coffee.)
    2. Who pays for online porn? Seriously! I didn't have to pay for porn when I was 12, and sure wouldn't now. If you actually pay for porn, I want to hit you with a rolled up newspaper.
    3. Should we tax sex to fund police efforts against rape?

Even Lazier than Normal

So, I'm in Worcester, but have no computer at the moment save for borrowing Jeff's laptop. It's better than nothing, since I was going through webdrawl, but I can't play the games and music I know and love. At least for now I've got freedom, if not entertainment.

Is Marriage Religious?

Since I've been in Orange lately, I've been wasting a lot of time arguing with anonymous whoevers on Wikipedia. One such argument has arisen that I'm compelled to share with anyone bored enough to read.

Is marriage religious
? I've heard compelling arguments on both sides, but the impression I'm getting is that it may in fact be so. Although in the USA it is considered secular, I am concerned that perhaps marriage laws are like outlawing work on Sunday mornings - although no religion is specified, it is clearly intended to favor the Christian majority.

This is most likely one of those preachy posts I hope will inspire debate, but then remind me of how much no one cares.

Last Summer Home

Hopefully, this is my last summer at home. As I noted in an earlier post, I'm going to be nowhere special until the 21st of August. My computer is being lazy, so I had to bring it into the shop; the guy said it'd take 1-2 days to fix, and cost my immortal soul (joke's on him).

A Change of Plans

Well, instead of spending the week at Cape Cod, it's going to be here at Orange. At least here I have internet, but not the privacy I came to enjoy at the Cape. This Friday, I'm headed up to Vermont, and then back to Worcester. In the meantime, I've been working on rebuilding my alcohol tolerance.

UPDATE: So, here's the tour dates as they stand now:
ROCK ON!

Cape Cod

Well, I'm going to Cape Cod for the weekend and week, and then to Vermont for the next weekend. Until I get to Vermont, I will have no internet, so don't say anything interesting while I'm gone.
